On August we will be hosting a car show at the MAH in Santa Cruz! This event is FREE and children friendly. There will be games, prizes, facepainting, and a photobooth. Flor de Cana, Phil Retamoza and His Mercster, and Richard Atkinson will be performing. We will also have dance groups Grupo Folklorico Santa Cruz and the children's folklorico group Cielito Lindo.

Barrios Unidos Audio Engineering Recording Studio will be the evening's DJ. The BU studio provides youth with the opportunity to get creative in music. When youth are in the studio creating music it keeps them out of trouble. We wish to expand the studio but we cannot do this without the help of the community. Donate today.

Barrios Unidos started in 1977 as a multicultural non-profit organization. Our mission is to prevent and curtail violence in our community. We do so by bringing awareness to the community, working with our youth by providing them with life enhancing alternatives, and healing the incarcerated community through the Prison Project.
