Wine School is in session! The first of their educational offerings, led by own Sarah Shields (a brilliant and indomitable grape guide), is "Natural Wine 101:" essentially an overview of the natural wine world delivered through what she considers four benchmark tastes. More relaxed and festive than academic, the class is an opportunity to learn more about this burgeoning segment of the wine industry with glass in hand. Deepen your knowledge, develop your palate. Courses are held in the Rare Book Cellar, so space is quite limited.
