Review CoreAlign 1, explore CoreAlign 2 and make connections between the two!
Practice the skills in your body, discuss strategies for training your clients, and learn ways to progress your clients from the foundation exercises into the more advanced work, and beyond!
Jeannette & Arwen will be teaching multiple CoreAlign workshops aimed at Instructors who have taken at least one CoreAlign module, but all teachers who use this fabulous tool in their practice are welcome! If you are not sure if it is appropriate for you to attend, please ask!
Jeannette Normington & Arwen Brooke are both Balanced Body CoreAlign Master instructors and will be sharing a wealth of information to support all of you in your CoreAlign journey!
