Bookshop Santa Cruz welcomes Rachel Kushner, two-time finalist for both the Booker Prize and National Book Award, for a reading and signing of her acclaimed novel CREATION LAKE, available in paperback July 1st. This "wickedly entertaining" (The Guardian) novel about a seductive and cunning American woman who infiltrates an anarchist collective in France is a propulsive page-turner filled with dark humor.
Kushner will be in conversation with award-winning author Jonathan Franzen.
