To show how much we appreciate your decision to shop local and support Downtown businesses, the Downtown Association of Santa Cruz is offering free holiday gift wrapping.

Bring your gifts & receipts from any downtown Santa Cruz business to receive FREE gift wrapping at our Gift Wrapping Pop-Up, 103 Lincoln Street.

How it Works:

WRAP UP your Holiday shopping with Downtown Santa Cruz

1. Purchase your Holiday gift at any Downtown Santa Cruz business.
2. Bring the gift and receipt to the wrapping station at (location announced soon).
3. Volunteers from the Santa Cruz Elk's Lodge will help wrap gifts, but you can also wrap your own. (some restrictions apply)
4. The service is free, but donations are encouraged and support the Elk's charity CHEMPI.**

**CHEMPI (California-Hawaii Elks Major Project, inc). This unique program funds 32 paid therapists and preschool vision screeners, hired by CHEMPI, to help disabled children when no other organizations can or will. These CHEMPI professional therapists and preschool vision screeners travel, sometimes great distances, to help children get care they need. The families of these disabled children pay nothing. And CHEMPI pays for Vision Screening that catches early signs of amblyopia (“Lazy Eye”), a medical problem that, once caught, can be corrected early on and save a child from going blind. Every year all the Lodges in California and Hawaii raise money for CHEMPI.

The Downtown Association of Santa Cruz and its gift wrapping volunteers have the right to refuse service to anyone who does not adhere to the gift wrapping policies.
