Full Steam Dumplings invades Birichino once again ... The menu includes:
Szechuan Beef Gyoza w/sesame miso aioli, chili crisp & soy glaze
Vegan Gyoza w/tahini miso sauce, shiitake mushrooms, water chestnuts & lemon kosho
Char Sui Bao w/slow roasted pork shoulder & sambal chili sauce
Orange & Fennel Salad w/mitsuna, cara cara oranges, miso vinaigrette, nori & puffed rice
Birichino will also be pouring the last of the 2018 Mahoney Ranch Vermentino Petulant Naturel.
