The Penny Ice Creamery presents their first Hoops & Scoops street festival on Friday, September 20 from 2-7pm. Cedar Street between Church and Locust Streets will be closed, with ample space to hula hoop till your heart's desire. Bring your own hula hoop and get free fluff when you purchase ice cream.
