GoodTimes journalist Jake Pierce bravely learns the craft of stand-up comedy—on stage, in real time, for your viewing pleasure—in Drew Harmon's unique show: “I Think I’d Be Good At That.”
Lots of comics have audience members come up after shows and tell them that their friends or co-workers have always told them they’d make a good comedian. However, starting stand-up involves writing jokes and going to open mics while being terrible for a while. It can be said that most intelligent people don’t even bother trying.
To give those sane people a chance to feel the thrill of doing comedy, Drew Harmon has created a show where they get to experience being a comic with the help of veteran comedians.
“I Think I’d Be Good At That” is one of the most unique, crazy and fun comedy shows in the Bay Area. So far, all of the newcomers have crushed it at the show, and people are getting the chance to get a taste for what keeps comedians coming back to the stage!
Catch GoodTimes journalist Jake Pierce and the team of experts on stage at the Lab for one show only on Friday, March 6.
