Is your baby on the move? Take advantage of this opportunity to learn about this unique phase of their life while engaging & playing alongside your little explorer!
 
During months 4-12, babies are transitioning into some of the most remarkable growths of body and movement in the human lifetime. What they are doing comes from within their highly specialized, innate capacities. No one 'teaches' most children to roll over, sit up, or crawl in various ways, and then stand up to walk, and yet they persist and discover how!
 
In this 3-session series you will learn:

• about developmental milestones for movement
• how to support your child's potential
• how to revisit many of these movements yourself
• increase the strength & wellbeing of your own body as you care for your little mover

 
Little Explorers enables the parent or childcare provider to move and be with their baby supportive environment with other curious parents. Squirmy, exploring babies are incorporated into the class through interactive exercises and songs. It only sounds impossible, we promise!
