Join us for Meet People First: Community Impact in Action, a closer look at how People First supports Santa Cruz County's homeless community.
Our team will guide you through one person’s journey, from the first contact with People First to shelter and immediate needs, ongoing support, and the steps toward housing. Along the way, you’ll hear what our staff are seeing on the ground, where the needs are greatest, and how the community can help.
What to expect
A short presentation from People First staff about our programs and impact
An example of how shelter, safe parking, outreach, navigation, and other services work together
Current needs and priorities across our programs
Ways to get involved through volunteering, business partnerships, community collaboration, and giving
Time to ask questions and meet staff, board members, and other guests
Light refreshments
Admission is free. Please register in advance. Guests who wish to contribute can choose the optional General Admission + Donation ticket.
