Mural on the River Brings Community and Art to the San Lorenzo River
SANTA CRUZ, CA — On April 19 from 1–8 PM, The 418 Project will present Mural on the River, a free, community-centered arts and cultural event taking place across San Lorenzo Park, the Dragon’s Gate Bridge, and The 418 Project.
Designed as both a celebration of the Santa Cruz community and the San Lorenzo River, the event invites attendees to engage with a full day of programming that highlights local creativity and connection to place. Activities will include a mural progress unveiling, live music, community tabling, food vendors, interactive art experiences, and a sunset fire dancing performance at the river.
Mural on the River brings together artists, organizations, and residents to create a shared experience rooted in art, environment, and community. The event is free and open to the public.
