Do you remember where Ford's Department Store used to be? Are you curious about what the Pacific Garden Mall looked like before the 1989 earthquake? Join historian Ross Gibson for a walking tour of Downtown Santa Cruz--formerly the Pacific Garden Mall--as we approach the 30th anniversary of the Loma Prieta Earthquake. The tour begins at 1 PM at the Eagle Monument at Pacific & Front Streets (in front of Jamba Juice). Wear comfortable walking shoes.
