The Downtown Association of Santa Cruz, Santa Cruz County Business Council and Santa Cruz Department of Economic Development welcome you to an evening of learning and discussion about the difficult topic of commercial leases. COVID-19 has turned the entire small business world on its head, which has resulted in the closure of many of our most beloved local businesses and significant hardship for their owners. How can we prevent this from happening to others? What steps can landlords and tenants alike take to work with each other through this unprecedented hardship?
