Luma hosts monthly curated 'happy hour' talks with local professionals teaching on all things prenatal! These Prenatal Happy Hours offer a wide range of topics, from pre-birth fitness to acupuncture, from information on homebirths to writing birth plans and much more! 

Open to all expectant couples, these sessions are a great way to connect with other growing families and add to your pre-birth toolkit. Come with questions and leave feeling relaxed and prepared for the journey to come.

September 11: Rock Your Birth in Any Setting with Nancy Greenwood, LPM: Hoping to have a birth free from medication if possible? Planning an epidural and have questions on how to make it work for you? Want tips to help your partner provide you support that really works for you? Have questions about home and birth center options? If you want ideas for how to have your best birth whatever the setting, come join the PacCom midwives to talk about all things birth.
