The Santa Cruz Symphony will present Beethoven’s groundbreaking Ninth Symphony featuring the Cabrillo Symphonic Chorus and four international opera soloists. Renaissance man Jaron Lanier, co-inventor of virtual reality, also will perform his composition for a Laotian multi-pipe instrument. The last concert was a sellout, so early ticket purchases are encouraged. Student Rush one hour before the concert begins. Free open rehearsal on Thursday, April 30, at 7:00 PM.
