Many of us are sheltering in place with even more to balance than ever before. This goes on to impact our gut health, hormone health, brain health, energy levels, fertility and a whole lot more! And protecting our health is supposed to be super important right now.

This workshop will help you identify techniques to favor that restorative, healing parasympathetic part of our nervous systems. By spending focused time on our nervous system balance, we can more purposefully and powerfully approach every other area of our lives (such as being a good mom and creating a business/career you’re proud of!)

Joining us will be Toréa Rodriguez, FDN-P who is a local functional medicine expert and health coach. She coaches her professional clients through their own unique transformational experience that helps restore health, vitality and performance so that they can focus on their priorities without sacrificing their health.
