Birichino welcomes Full Steam Dumpling for a Pop Up of Dumplings, Bao and wines from yesteryears on Throw Back Thursday, August 29th from 4 to 8 pm. The Huynh Brothers' menu includes Fogline Pork & Scallion Gyoza, Brisket Bao, Vegan Gyoza in Mapo Sauce and Chilled Soba Noodles. Guests can throwback older vintages of Birichino's Lilo Vineyard Santa Cruz Mountains Pinot Noir, Besson Old Vine Grenache and the mythical Malvasia Bianca.
