About Full Steam: "Pop-up restaurant based out of the Santa Cruz Art Center and located inside 11th Hour Coffee. Menus rotate frequently and consist of Szechuan classics, Japanese tapas, local and seasonal ingredients, hot wok fire and a darn good time."
