Veronica Swift identifies as “Ella Fitzgerald meets Freddie Mercury” and her jaw dropping live show is not to be missed. Already crowned one of the best jazz singers of our generation, her newest live show pays homage to her jazz and family roots (her parents are jazz singer Stephanie Nakasian and the late bebop pianist Hod O’Brien) while channeling the greats like David Bowie, Queen, Janis Joplin, and Lady Gaga.
For this upcoming tour, Veronica is backed by a full on rock band of the best players in the world, including Brian Viglione, the drummer/co-founder of cult band Dresden Dolls. Vaudeville, jazz, rock, punk, blues, whatever it is, Veronica creates a delightfully genre-less whirlwind of a show where she is undoubtedly a superstar.
