Dawn & Déva are excited to partner for their second workshop combining the alchemy of these two beautiful practices.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine summer is ruled by the heart meridian; it is a time of growth and expansion. During this workshop, you will explore yoga poses to facilitate the flow of Qi and open the shoulders and heart. While in an extended savasana, you will receive an acupuncture treatment to relieve stress, open your heart, and clear inflammation from your body. Additionally, you will be served a delicious, heart-nourishing tea to further relax you and bring joy in this time of great expansion.
$45 on/before June 21
$50 on/after June 21
Space is limited, please register using the ticket link below or call 831-325-2620.

Dawn began practicing yoga in 2001 and teaching in 2005. She finds herself continually curious about the ways that yoga and meditation intersect with life on and off the mat. Her classes include a mix of flow and form inspired by classical yoga, modern functional movement, somatic movement practices, and mindful stillness. She enjoys using props as a tool for exploration – sometimes to support and adapt a pose and other times to offer more challenge and feedback. As a teacher and teacher-trainer she encourages students to inquire into their changing sensory experience as a way to discover embodied insight. Through this inquiry, she offers student support as they evolve in their practice throughout the changing circumstances of life.
