Yoga Nidra, often  referred to as ‘yogic sleep,’ allows you to consciously relax with the help of guided breath-work and visualization.

Resting on your back and supported by cushions and blankets, this deep relaxation can have many benefits, including:

  • decrease in acute or chronic pain
  • ease of mental, emotional or physical stress and tension
  • improve mood
  • regenerate and repair on the cellular level
  • improve the functioning of the nervous system

and more.

It is through the act of non-doing that we can relax the body & breath, and rest in awareness. When the mind is quieter we have the opportunity to recognize who we are in relation to suffering and hopefully find freedom.
