Evening Workshop:

• 30-40 minutes for safety, being a great witness, & de-escalation tools
• 20 minutes for Mental Health awareness
• 15 minutes for mental health outreach/when to call
• 15-25 minutes for self defense tools & awareness
• Questions at the end
