"My path to Chinese medicine began over 2 decades ago while studying tai chi and gongfu. It helped me heal and transform my own body and mind and I knew I wanted to help others do the same thing. For almost two decades it‘s been my mission, honor, and one of my greatest joys to share this profound medicine with others. I practice acupuncture and teach qigong, tai chi, and other internal martial arts. My goal is to empower others with the knowledge of Chinese medicine so they can have the tools in their own pocket when needed.

I work at and help run Santa Cruz Integrative Medicine with my incredible business partners. It is a progressive, women-owned integrative medical clinic that provides a comprehensive approach to healthcare. It is a nurturing and fun place to work.
