“As a young person I was always finding a way to ‘make.’ I would take jeans apart and turn them into purses. Anything creative caught my eye and I was always willing to just dig in and try something. I think I always gravitated towards creating, and then it was natural that I turned that into a business downtown. I love the community down here, and when I found this spot I immediately thought, ‘This is the place for me.’”
