🌸 Coastal Reset — A Spring Hammock Sound Bath Experience at Roxa Hammock Cafe in Santa Cruz.
An immersive evening of live gongs, crystal and Tibetan bowls, flutes, chimes, and intuitive sound designed to deeply relax the nervous system and support clarity, release, and renewal. Rest in a hammock, lounge on a couch, or settle onto your mat as you’re guided through a meditative sound journey in a unique coastal café setting.
7:00–8:15 pm (doors 6:30). Elixirs available before and after the session. Limited hammock, couch, and floor spaces available—advance reservation recommended.
