Seabright residents Jenni Strecker-Langenberg and her husband Jaap Langenberg founded the privately held business Jenni”s Kitchen in 2011. They now have three product lines that are carried in more than 4,000 stores in the U.S. and Canada. Projected 2014 sales are expected to be greater than $30 million, according to the couple.
