“Our family has been in business in Downtown Santa Cruz for over 90 years. I [Emily] got involved about 15 years ago and am the fourth generation of my family now carrying the tradition of our business forward. I came downtown almost daily as a child and now my two young children enjoy coming downtown all the time. We love supporting other businesses downtown, and I love my downtown community and our generations of wonderful customers. It’s so much fun being in this business because we get to be a part of many of life’s big moments—whether it’s getting engaged, celebrating the birth of a baby, an anniversary, graduation, or birthday. We are able to help provide something that is a keepsake and a treasure for years to come and hear the stories behind all those special occasions in life.”
