"I was raised in beautiful Santa Cruz, where I attended Santa Cruz High School and later had the opportunity to live downtown in my early twenties.  I cherished the convenience and sense of community-being just steps from Pacific Avenue and the local shops and cafes I frequented while preparing to attend nursing school for undergrad and grad school in San Francisco.  Although I pursued my education elsewhere, Santa Cruz always felt like home.  In 2014 I made the heartfelt decision to return and raise my family here.  
Today, I am deeply honored to be a business owner in such a unique and meaningful place.  It feels like a full-circle moment to walk the same streets I once traveled as a teenager-on my way to school or stopping at The Bagelry for lunch-now heading to work in the community that helped shape me. 
Opening The Sol Method Wellness and Aesthetics has been a long-standing goal of mine.  I have worked in women's health since the age of 20, and continuing to support others feeling confident and empowered felt like a natural evolution of my career.  Through my experience, I have seen first hand how subtle, thoughtful changes can positively impact mood, self-esteem, and overall mental well-being.
This understanding inspired me to pursue advanced training in aesthetics, where I discovered a true passion for the work.  I am grateful to be in a profession that allows me to build genuine relationships rooted in trust and to help people from all walks of life feel and look their very best." - Claudia Rocha
