SeeClickFix is the new Downtown Santa Cruz community app that allows users to become active citizens in taking care of and improving their neighborhood by providing a convenient portal for reporting non-emergency landscape issues, like messes left on the sidewalk, abandoned bicycles, damaged benches, or anything that needs attention in the Downtown Santa Cruz neighborhood.

The issues are routed to Downtown Ambassadors who then participate and communicate with: public services, or find the appropriate person, resource or City department to notify of the issue. Downtown Ambassadors then follow through to help find a resolution to the issue.

The Homepage of the app also has handy buttons that are shortcuts to frequently used telephone numbers (such as Santa Cruz Police non-emergency dispatch) and other frequently used contacts (such as CRSP: the City Of Santa Cruz’s new reporting app).

The Downtown Santa Cruz community app, hosted by SeeClickFix, is available to download for free from the App Store or on Google Play
